Complete TBI Overhaul Services

         1.  Basic overhaul of your complete unit with NO performance mods (no boring)

          Degrease, glass-bead blast, bush shaft with oil impregnated bronze bushings, shave air horns and thin shaft (SBC only), clean and test sensors and reset TPS voltage to .550V-.600V, new IAC gasket, new spring and diaphragm, make reg cover adjustable, basic cleaning of injectors and installing new filters and O-rings, raise pod to 1/4" (SBC only). Includes base flange gasket, air cleaner gasket and fuel line o-rings. Stock bore size remains the same

         3. Expanded boring service of your TBI (base unit only)

           With this service we degrease, glass-bead blast, bore the unit to either 46mm (SBC) or 54mm (BBC), install custom fit blades, bush the shaft with oil impregnated bronze bushings and thin the shaft. We also shave air horns down on SBC units. Includes a custom cut base flange gasket.  Does not include any  other gaskets, O-rings or hardware. 3 week build time once we receive your unit.

Complete TBI Overhaul and Boring Service

           4.  Ultimate TBI Overhaul of your unit which includes boring

            This is the most comprehensive rebuild of your GM Rochester 220 TBI unit. Here we will degrease, glass-bead blast, bush shaft with oil impregnated bronze bushings, new IAC, new TPS, set TPS voltage to .550V, IAC gasket, new spring and diaphragm, make regulator cover adjustable, complete servicing/testing of injectors and installing new filters and o-rings, raise injector pod to 1/4" (SBC), thin shaft, shave air horns (SBC). Includes custom cut base flange gasket, air cleaner gasket and fuel line o-rings. We will also bore your unit to 46mm (SBC) or 54mm (BBC) and install custom fit blades.  3 weeks build time once we receive your unit.

Intake Boring Service / Cerakote

           1.  Basic intake boring service

                With this service all we do is bore the intake to 50mm for SBC and 54mm for BBC    $75.00

           2.  Expanded intake boring services

                Here we hot tank and flush, glass-bead blast and bore your intake.     $150.00

           3.  Cerakote Coating

                We can coat your intake with Cerakote.  Flat black, semi-gloss black, Glacier Silver and Sig Dark Gray.     This is expanded boring service and Cerakote.  So, we hot-tank, flush, bead-blast, bore and Cerakote.     $225.00

  1. Upgrade to double sealed needle bearings. This is ONLY needed when using a super charger.

               Rochester 220 Style  $85.00 when purchased with a complete #4 overhaul.  Normally, this service is $125.00

 

  2. Upgrade with a fuel pressure regulator block-off plate kit.

               (Square bore style) is normally $99.99, but when purchased with the $450.00 #4 overhaul it is $85.
