LIMITED WARRANTY/ DISCLAIMER/ PRIVACY - NO REFUNDS ALLOWED

Warranty

 SPR Performance/TBIPARTS warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery and NOT date of install. Warranty is for original purchaser and does NOT transfer. If you discover a defect in a product/part covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.  The original item must be returned. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. Unit must be installed within 30 days.

If we are overhauling your core there is no warranty on the sensors and only a 30 day warrantly on the injectors from the date of deliver and NOT the date of install. Warranty on the injectors is for re-servicing them and NOT replacing them.  We can't replace and warranty injectors or sensors that we have not sold to you.

Exclusions 

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer of the parts/products and SPR Performance/TBIPARTS.  The warranty does NOT cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, improper monitoring and diagnosing of  unit and engine, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightening, or natural disasters.  The warranty does NOT cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements.  Warranty MUST be done within the 90 days from the date of delivery of the product.  

Limits of Liability

Should the product/s fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs.  We will NOT be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of the product or bodily injury resulting from the use and/or failure of the product.  Damages excluded include, but are NOT limited to, the following: lost profits, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product.  In no event will SPR Performance/TBIPARTS be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.  Parts must be exchanged in order for warranty to be valid.  You do NOT get to keep the original part or parts that are being warranted.  This is exchange or replacement.

SPR Performance/TBIPARTS disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. Up to date warranty at www.SPRPerformance.com supersedes any and ALL other warranties written, verbal or implied.

By installing or using this product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

  Contact us using one of the following methods: Email or phone as shown above. Due to the difficulty in obtaining certain TBI components, replacement/warranty work may be delayed until components can be obtained.

Requirements

  Return shipping costs to be paid for by customer as well as any customs clearance fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  We do not rent, sell, or otherwise make available our customer lists and/or contact information to anyone outside of our company. All credit cards are processed using the PayPal Virtual Terminal. No credit card information will be kept on file here.​

Installer of this unit accepts full responsibility for proper installation.  Diagnostic monitoring and functioning of the engine is sole responsibility of the installer.   Must monitor and maintain proper air/fuel mixture.  Must check for fuel leaks and proper functioning of injectors and be willing to do diagnostic data logging. DO NOT MODIFY THIS UNIT IN ANY WAY WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF SPR PERFORMANCE.
